Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations by Users
  • Users may receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.
  • Cancellations made after this period, or no-shows, shall not be eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellations by Providers
  • In the event that a Provider cancels, Users shall be entitled to a full refund or, at the User’s discretion, a rescheduled consultation at no additional cost.
3. Rescheduling
  • Users may request to reschedule their consultation prior to the scheduled time, subject to Provider availability.
4. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from approval.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
  • The consultation has been completed;
  • Dissatisfaction arises solely from personal preference or subjective expectations
  • The User has violated these Terms.
6. Disputes
  • Any disputes related to refunds must be submitted in writing to support@expertconnect.world within three (3) business days following the consultation. The Company will review and resolve such disputes at its sole discretion.
